no, just learn how to play against the 2S38 and if you can’t figure out how to counter it, then become what you keep criticizing.
So they add the EBRC Jaguar and put it at 11.7 but the 2S38 remains at 10.3
They are very similar in capabilities.
The Jaguar gets 2 FnF missiles
The Jaguar is slightly more mobile on certain surfaces.
the 2S38 has higher pen (224mm vs 160mm)
They both have no/little armor
(the Jaguar just has spall liners)
So does having 2 FnF missiles warrant a +1.4 BR gap? Why is the 2S38 not 11.3 or 11.0 at a minimum if Gaijin thinks the Jaguar is 11.7 material…

There is no counterplay, either you kill it with zero resistance, or it picks apart your crew and components while you sit and watch, little to no in between

The ZSU-37-2 for some reason has a worse effective range than the 23s.
Look quite deadly for it BR as it also has an track radar to shoot down aircraft.
You’re suggesting that since the majority 11.7 went up to 12.0, 10.3 vehicles should also go up in BR if the 2S38 were to go up?
That’s really poor reasoning as the point of the decompression is so that tanks that were once seen as vehicles that can’t go up or down in BR, can go up or down because there’s room for it now.
The 2S38 can definitely go up to 11.0 (if not 10.7) without the need of other tanks going up in BR as it’s pretty much an OTO without a radar and less pen but in return you get better ammo count (for anti tank duties), no ready rack, LWR, and overall better survivability
If you don’t want the 2S38 to be decompressed from 12.0, just say so.
The 2S38 should not be a higher BR than superior vehicles.
That’s like demanding Leopard 1A5 be 10.0 while T-64B remains 9.7.
Personally I’d like to see the 2S38 go upto 11.0-11.3 at best

YES. I want it moved to 11.0.
I also want Gaijin to implement a complex ammo storage system so that extra APFSDS can be stored in the hull.

Crazy considering the reason why it’s at that BR in the first place. It’s the same reason for the hstvl.
Which they can do but chose not to due to balancing.
It was nerfed log ago and now goes BOOM💥💥💥 with a single shot almost always. It’s enough to not being OP like it was on release.
