have a question why does phantom FG.1/phantom FGR.2/JA37C still stay in 11.3?
which could kill those who don`t have a PD radar plane easily.
USA, USSR, GR, JP, CN, ITA, and FR have no PD radar or MIT radar at this BR.
Seems the simulator battle`s balance is forgotten, but these three should be moved to 11.7 at least.
Mig-23MLD is 11.3 with MTI, better SARH, all aspect IR missiles, IRST and large calibre flares. All on a faster and more nimble platform. Mig-23ML and Mig-23MLA are only slightly behind it in terms of performance.
I can’t speak for the Viggen C, but the FGR2/FG1 are at 11.3 because they only have rear aspect IR missiles and very limited turn performance. They are easily outrun and outturned by the mig23s.
Skyflash DFs are also not that great unless used at higher alts.

most plane at this rank is less powerful than those have PD/MTI radars.
ML and MLA are 11.7
MiG-23M is 11.3 and the MiG-23M is pretty bad compared to its older brother

I think the problem is, that a plane like av8b is okay at this rank.
even though it has no radar, a good RWR could help it, not been discovered such easily as su22/su17/su24, the tornado has a better RWR but it`s hard to defend from these planes.
a player with PD radar could find and kill an attacker without any skill.
Meanwhile, J8B with no PD radar and PL5B also stays at 11.7.
Mig27, a plane has no radar and only 4 r60m, staying 11.7.
F5E at 11.3, Q5L at 10.7(dont have any missile).
And the Kfir has only a range finder.
This is totally unbalanced. These planes have no reason to stay at 11.3. They need moving to 11.7 at least.

Meanwhile, I planned to buy an av8b(NA) this week.
But the SB becomes really boring if a phantom or a ja37c comes in.
I could fight with F14A in JH7A, but it`s too hard to fight with a JA37C or phantom in av8b or su24m.

I don’t know about the ML, but the MLA has large CMs.
I decided to try out my MLA in sim today, and it seems fairly good. Apart from the radar being finnicky with MTI (you can’t manually choose it, because it forces you into it below 1600m while facing down, but it also kicks you out if your plane faces up), and the mediocre visibility, I did decent in it.
It should be 11.7, since I don’t believe that it should be a lower BR than the F5E FCU. And it definitely isn’t equivalent to the Sea Harrier FRS.1.

Yeah, or the FRS1 needs to move down to 11.0 like it is in RB. I have no idea what they were thinking.
