Whenever i try to turn, my plane starts studdering and i either collide with a tree or starts stalling into freefall
What do you mean with studdering ?
When do you try to turn, in the runway before taking off ? Just after take off ? In the air ?
I guess just after take off, bacause of what you say of the trees.
When you just take off you are close to the Stall speed, and if you turn you have less lift than going straight, so it’s normal falling because lift is less that the weight of the plane.
You should go straingh a little longer, and get more speed before trying to turn.
Do you mean that when you use the ailerons to initiate a turn, the plane becomes unstable?
Check out a few YouTube tutorials—especially when it comes to settings, the controls can be too sensitive, especially for beginners.
Adjust the settings a bit, go for a test flight, and fine-tune them until you’re comfortable with them.

You’re probably pulling too hard and losing all of your speed.
Try adjusting your pitch sensitivity down to 50% or less. The goal is to keep you in the air, while you learn to fly. Eventually, you’ll want to ramp your pitch sensitivity back up to 100% as you get better at flying your plane.
