Naval RB **proposed** BR change list

I just killed a few earlier, tried to hit the missiles as you said, they didn’t detonate, but the ammo ok the rear cannons did.

It’s not like the bravy is much more survivable, one good hit and both could lose half crew.

But they possess the range in which destroyers and so cannot be as accurate or lethal.

The fact the missile bay doesn’t explode when hit is curious. People just aim it like it’ll do something.

Bravy only has two guns in one turret. Lütjens has 3 guns total and iirc Forrest only has two.

Add in the fact the latter two are hueg in comparison to other DDs with fairly poor maneuverability, you got a recipe for easy kills.

At least the missiles work on PT boats.

and much more on aircraft - ww2 planes vs missile ships from cold war… fully balanced…

I have no sympathy for CAS. Go back to AAB/ARB if you want to fly a plane.

Thanks for help of @kesik123 I’ve made a complete bluewater BR overhaul proposition for RB.
Not only repositioning relative BR, I’ve put bluewater’s start point from 3.3 to 4.3.
This will make room for further coastal BR overhaul propositon, which is also in my mind.

damn that looks good. Nicely done

Only change Ive spotted so far is maybe having Atlanta 0.3 higher. More on par with what you have placed at 7.7 than at 7.3

I’ve just found out that I’ve forgot USS Oregon City.
If you guys notice any ship that is not written in those table please tell me

What about Japan, Italy, and France?

And although I do like the idea, I feel as though that is too much decompression at once.

If the max br went to 10.0 instead, to give it a more gradual decompression it would likely work better.

Swipe right on his list

I’ve place Atlanta lower than Pensacola because 8 inch is much better against post treaty cruiser than 5-inch, and I’ll not change right now, but okay I’ll count it and revise if further move is possible.

You mean 3.3 to 10.0 right?
Meanwhile, I’m very against gradual decompression as there are too much compression in this game, not only naval but also on ground and air. Gaijin never constantly decompress, they just do occasionally and forgot. Thats why we need maximum decompression when Gaijin is doing it.

Atlanta should be the same battle rating as Dido, imo.

Both fill the same role and the only advantage Atlanta honestly has aside from shrapnel belt is faster fire rate and some more guns.

Dido hits harder and has better ammunition protection at the cost of only 10 guns.

the only problem with this list is the scarnhorst at 7.7 as she cant pen most 7.7s belts even at a flat angle at range

her rounds have max pen of 572MM off top my head might be a bit off so anything with 400MM of armor is not pennable at range youll struggle to pen most 7.7s at any distance even within 1.24 mile ive seen my shells fail to go and do any damage to rodney

her armor is all she really has shes basically the 75 jumbo of ships she could probably be next to the premium russian 7.3 as shes basically the oppsite being that she has more armor but weaker guns and the russian 7.3 has rail cannons and weak armor

She has access to torpedoes and the 17.2 second reload is half that of Rodney’s. If anything is an issue, it’s the barbette fires that implode her within 2 to 5 seconds of them being started.

Barbette fires are the biggest gamble, and are generally routed by a mildly decent crew.

It’s turtle back armor makes it practically invincible under 6 mile range.

Dunked into the elevators.

  1. That’s the Geniusneu not the Scharnhorst
  2. That’s Above 6 mile range, not under.
  3. That’s arcade, not realistic. Arcade is too easy to aim and score kills now.

Same hull, same weakness. Scharnhorst turrets are worse armored.

You can just as easily do this in realistic with some degree for error.

Same weakness still exists. If you know ship freeboard - which the Scharnhorsts have next to none - this isn’t an issue. This argument with you is getting tiresome.

Edit

6.6 miles.

Yes I agree, debating with you is pointless. I’ve asked before to test your theory, I can’t recall you saying yes to it.
And, same weaknesses perhaps, but why does everyone despise the Scharn and not the other?

Again, as I said previously, under 6.0 miles it become magically invincible. Above, it is killable.
Go re-read my comments

I said before I’m more than willing. The only catch is finding a proper time we’re both on.

Easiest answer is pre Leviathans Scharnhorst was practically unkillable at any range for nearly two years straight. Matches usually devolved to ‘who has more Scharnhorsts’ or ‘who’s Scharnhorsts were better’.

Post leviathans, they’re fairly easy to deal with. They try to bow face you, you can nuke them through forward magazine plates.

They try to angle or broadside, dunk shells down the ammo elevators via the deck.

I have read your comments and refuted them repeatedly. It’s not my fault you cannot reliably kill them with a Pr23 Sovetsky Soyuz.

SovetSky, Tosa, Kirishima, Alaska, Mississippi, Kronstadt, etc.

So I need more vehicle examples I’ve used vs them?
