Naval mode is finally dead

It’s naval.

Not ‘Invincible Fleet’ from Ace Combat 4.

Planes getting BTFOd as hard as they do is cathartic if you ever played ground realistic.

I mean god forbid the meta is a vehicle of the featured mode, not some flying rat that can press space bar.

It’s not like good pilots can’t get through air defenses because they straight up can.

Hell, if a plane gets above the escort fleet, they generally can bomb with impunity and there’s next to nothing non-guided ships can do about it because they’re about 4km up and flying fast enough to throw off VTF slingers.

Only AI bots should have the right to snipe you at 5klm

AI DDs can snipe you from 40km away if they really wanted you dead (like in EC).

It doesn’t have to be either all up or all down. there is a middle line here so everybody can have killing each other.

The mode is still affected by annoying bugs yet to be resolved.

And we have a naval event coming up, so people are in for a rude awakening.
