Yep that really sad that bugfixes for naval is so prolonged. At least they accepted torpedo and ticket bleed out bugs yesterday. I hope the fixes come before next naval marathon, or it’s gonna be disaster even more that it is now, and all effort to attract new players to the mode will be in vain cause of that ruined experience.
I really hate what they have done to naval AB: You can’t control your guns anymore and it provokes several problems when it come to fire above even a rock!
Not only that but now the IA doesn’t count for the BP anymore! Without a CLEAR marking, how the hell am I supposed to tell the difference in the heat of the battle?
I don’t know who is the moron who decided all of this, but he should be fired, if what he do is to destroy a game mode.
I switched to RB mostly but still, this slaughter is unacceptable.
Soooooooooo many of us feel this way. NAB Aim is garbage since the update. And One Player in Particular is gaslighting the playerbase trying to make that clear to devs.
New Naval Aim Bot is Garbage. We needed this reverted a MONTH ago.
I have forgotten one thing: The artificial shaking that is completely arbitrary. It makes me often wonder if my mouse is malfunctioning and i hate it. Just THIS ruins 60% of the pleasure i could have.
that shaking is not even needed in SB. It literally gives me motionsickness. thats 100% one “feature” nobody asked for just like being able to dig yourself in in ground battles.
Dropped a couple post update. Games still feel soulless. Not sure if anyone is actually playing because lobby is quiet AF. A few one and dones suggest bots. And you still can’t control your aim like you use to.
It’s all about Blue waters. Coastals are fahked.
For god’s sake. PLease add the old UI that lets us know where the turret is pointing.
You can target players/bots better now. Haven’t found myself shooting into the water. So, they unbroke that.
Matches are mostly empty though. You still don’t really know what your guns are doing or HOW to correct aim when it goes AWOL.
We need an aiming system that is consistent and intuitive. As soon as you’re not targeting someone, who knows what you’re doing. While you’re shooting someone, you have no idea how guns are responding to the movement of your ship in water, or your maneuvers. You have no way to anticipate the gunner’s needs. All you can do is target the ship, and leave it to the AI to hit the target. You can’t adjust elevation if its shooting under. You can’t effectively lead the target if you know they’re going to evade erratically.
This is an overall DOWNGRADE of the game.
I’ll keep watching but, after 12 years, I guess I can be thankful that Gaijin is giving me a reason not to play this everyday, and to give my wallet a rest.

The recent community update in no way acknowledged our protests. I posted asking why, was ignored, and instead someone else asking about naval events got a reply. I’ve since replied at the moderator again requesting acknowledgement from gaijin, and others here should as well. Continue the discontent, continue to not play NAB, continue to reject this change.
