Also the 1000lb bomb was obviously high explosive but in your mind high explosive can’t damage ships…
I don’t believe that the HE of a 127mm cannon from Alaska should give ammo rack to a Sachsen at the beginning of the match or that it has the power of a 1000lb bomb
As we can see, you’re biased against high explosive and obviously think that they don’t produce large amounts of damage which makes you believe that HE shouldn’t damage ships the way they do in war thunder, however now i have proven you wrong.
I never said it has power of a 1000lb bomb however HE will damage ships wether you like it or not.

You got it all wrong, I’m specifically talking about the bug where some ships are being destroyed by HE of low calibers that they can’t even penetrate armor (I myself suffered this with HE from Helena’s secondary)
Just because there is a bug with more realistic system shouldn’t mean that the system is to be removed, just remove the bug. It is currently otherwise more realistic other than the bugs which is great.
Just yesterday an Att came out correcting this on 3 ships but there are still others suffering from this

What sucks often is that some names look like bot names and with the amount of stupid names gaijin has added it’s hard to know if it’s a bot or not sometimes (unless you know all the stupid names).
Today I had a match (was in 6.0 vs. 6.7) where there were some bots and some of them even damaged my bomber from 7 km. I got shot down from AI from 6 km before while I was mostly in the clouds.
The idiotic part is that these laser precision AIs can spawn any moment and start sniping you, so you have a hard time getting to a target in a slow bomber. Also, we just get a fraction of the reward for killing AI vs. a real player. The thing is the real player will not start shooting most of the time until you get to the 2.5-3 km range and snipe from a long distance like bots do.
Are you sure that the massive hole is from the shell and not the bomb?
We already had HE overperforming in the past and the gameplay became a sad joke back then. They “fixed” it and then HE became mostly useless in Naval against bigger ships. It’s one thing making HE do damage and it’s another making them right. At the current state of the game, overperforming HE is bringing this game into a crapper.
Just did a match and I was actually killing people without using my whole magazine. That’s pretty sick.

Quite playable if you’re good.
I got 12 kills in a 3.7 full uptier. Knox and Triomphe are everywhere but as BR currently means so little they are merely bigger targets. Even the tough as nuts SKRs are wonderfully sinkable. I’m over 200k score already so if they can just keep this nonsense going until the end of the event I will be very happy (and simultaneously very unhappy!)
They will change it (at least they will start working on it) when they get back to work on Monday. Gaijin has abandoned this flaming bag of turd and let it burn the whole weekend.
