NATO tank loading times

Nah i’m not the type of player that loves to spend tons of money into a game,i like taking my time and challenging myself,but if WoWS was better damn i would’ve spent A LOT of money to get every premium French Battleship because they were the coolest

Alsace is TT in WOWS:Legends

Next time check the title of the thread and think if it’s appropriate to post this here.

No need to be snarky. I was just asking a game master about the possibility of bigger and heavier battleships coming to the game. Especially the French Paper design Alsace.

You can PM him.

@Necronomica
Can we PM Game Masters outside of Issues or requests?
(Sorry for the ping)

Even if you can’t PM him, you could still go to a Naval thread and tag him there. Better compared to talking about it here and going off-topic.

Nobody gives two shits about naval tho.

You absolutely can, the odds of an anser is lower though given the amount of messages we get.

And i have no idea about naval nor future additions, i deal with chat and name-bans :)

To add to what you said in plain English.
Depends on the Crew. Most footage shows seasoned veterans rather than new recruits.

If you dont buy all of your in the beginning good luck. In my almost 3k hours I have never maxed a single crew. I am at top tier and 3-7 of my crews have max reload. The grind is putting time in those specific crew members they should allow you to move crew points around honestly.

I thought we were only supposed to contact you about the bans n stuff. But cool thx for letting me know. I’ll send you a naval related PM soon.

crazy, because i could have sworn years ago gaijin was using " Historical Accuracy " as a selling point to this game.

A trained loader will not go from 3 shots in 12 seconds mind you literally one after the other eachother to 10 seconds in another 2 shots it doesnt work like that, that would be an increase of 100% per shot to get it like that when as seen it doesnt

Yes but neglecting the factor of movement and road conditions, which makes loading miserable especially for the Chally type vehicle where loader has to move to get ammo.

Sure, but the requirements for newly trained crews to pass their tests is at (or below) the same level the games “expert” or “ace” crew is.

@Unh0lyEvangelist
I just checked, with one or two steps lower than max in reload speed for a crew you are faster than all MBT autoloaders except the Japanese ones, the Leclercs and the T-80 series of tanks.
Which means that at top tier (where you already have high enough crew to level reload to that point) you only have a few vehicles (IIRC 4) that have autoloaders that are faster than you and you have the ability to pass the T-80’s in not that long time and match the Leclercs in the future.

I really don’t see your issue here. What reload times are you currently at with your top tier German crews?

@cluckcluck1111
We’re still normal players and forum users in addition to Game Masters :)
Sadly I don’t think I’ll be able to answer any of your questions about naval :p

@sartt
I’ve seen many claim that but never seen it myself even after specifically looking for it (even with internet archive). If you see something proving the fact I would love to have it as a source myself :)

It has seen to not be a problem in operation ironspear or atleast affects chally crews the least lets not talk about autoloaderd needing specific angles too

Besides, they are normally modelled after sustained averages, rather than their theorical ideal máximums.

Only mostly fully historically accurate reloads are the autoloader ones because altering them would be altering the technical specs of a vehicle and that’s a big no for Gaijin (in theory).

And, as you said; the Abrams tanks got a 5 second reload, and now, the Merkavas and Arietes are coming too.

Basically, reloads are modelled after balance ALWAYS, however, within realistic constraints. As the devs stated, the only reason why they could afford to speed up these reloads for balance is because it’s also realistic. If it weren’t, they wouldn’t.

That’s it I’m stealing a Wikipedia page link and sending it to you.

What angles? They work all the time, even on steep climb as displayed in competition.
