Well mates I do not play like I used to, I play now about 2 hours twice a week. My G2 trop (me 109) is not the plane it used to be. Quite disappointing.
My Mig 29 is not the smoker it used to be as well. BUT

LOL My Mig23 ml is quite a different plane as well, it used to be a real smokewagon.
And that is the question, What planes do you have that have changed so much that they are no longer what they used to be?..Lets add F14 to that list,…ineffective now, in its current BR

Im more of a tourist when it comes to air RB, lot of planes I havent played properly since I grinded them in my early days for GRB CAS and havent revisited them since.
But I like to think I improved a bit, the new planes I play in A2A role, I dont do exactly terribly. But I still have long way ahead of me to getting actually good in ARB.
However, theres definetively one plane that got worse since I played it in ARB, and thats MiG-23MLA (and other MiG-23s by extension as well, I guess), solely because of its radar. When I first played it around summer 2023, the radar didnt click with me all that well. BUT. For like month around Feb 2024, there were some changes to it, and it was amazing. Holding lock perfectly and what not, joy to use. But then it got changed to what it is now (cant switch to MTI by yourself, its automatic), and it definetively feels it got ever worse since then.
Around March of this year, I played 23MLA again for a bit, and god, do i fight the radar more than I fight the enemy team. It straight up refuses to lock in ACM even under perfect condtions, where it should be strongest (target coming right at me, im looking at it from higher alt against ground).

It had its flight model and radar nerfed pretty significantly, its still a great jet though. The MiG-23MLD is probably my favorite 11.0-11.7 right up there with the F-5E FCU
