The Mig-23ML moving to 11.0 would be total BS and mean that BRs have no value anymore. It would kill the game. If premiums get a BR solely to boost sales, then move ALL premiums down 0.3-0.7 BR, they would all sell 10x more, though people would only play Premiums and the game owuld become pay to play

Which is irrelevant, as its performance places it at 11.3.
Any vehicle that has guns can beat the MIG-23ML it depends on how stupid the pilot is.

Its performance does not place it at 11.3 its ability to sell does. It would generate even more sales at a lower BR, this fake “balance” makes this game very annoying to play.

Yes, it does. It has the same airframe as the MiG-23M, though it bears better missiles and a FAR better engine.
Hence, 11.3.
Sale makes no difference in its BR. Performance does.

Except, that is not the case. You have admitted the Jaguar Gr1A that has both Flares and Guns cant be the Mig-23ML.
So what you are saying is that some aircraft are at certain BRs for a reason and that the Mig-23ML shouldnt move down “to increase sales” which is not a balancing metric. The Mig23ML is probably one of the best premiums in the game currently. It sells very well compared to many other premiums.
So maybe it should stay at 11.3 unless you have a valid argument for why it is significantly underperforming compared to most other 11.3s which cant be explained by compression.
If you are the worst player in the game you would still do well with the ML it’s a very good plane at its BR.
