to get the F14, ive played the F4S for a long time, most of the time, the relative speed is lower than about 450m/s, it will unlocking, but normal SRC PD wont, it can keep locking

Do you mean kph? Because im seeing a notch width of about 400kph

Now i could be missreading, but comparing to radars im more familiar with it seems ballpark about what id expect.

Edit: i suppose that lines up with a plane notching if you discount the 340m/s of going at mach.

That’s about what it means, i just want to said that SRC PDV mode is more easily get unlocking than SRC PD mode when face the low speed target

If anything the MLA should move down to 11.0 in sim, but that’s only in sim.

Kurnass is look down: all aspects. Lowest BR PD SRC in the game afaik.

Look up is normal pulse search. Look down: head-on and look down: all-aspect are the two options for PD radars the way GJN have modelled them.

In SB it already is and it’s greatest bit of BS there is, especially when the Mig-23MLA on the German tree is 11.3 and they are identical in every respect that I can see.

Yes, that’s my point. The MIG-23ML is strong at 11.3 and would be even better at 11.0 encouraging even more sales. It’s a no brainer.

It’s currently placed there because it’s a 23ML. If anything, it should stay there and have its R-24s removed.
