But stuff like the F-100D, Mig-19, F-104A, Mig-21F, or the J32 shouldn’t be facing a 10.3 that’s faster with 6 missiles they can’t dodge.

It can’t fight F-4S at 10.7 btw, and the MiG-23ML/D is notoriously under BR’ed
It already does and hasn’t been an issue btw. The lowest BR A-4 with Missiles would be the A-4Es, which are 8.7 with 60 CM and 9Bs, a luxury not many planes have until 10.0
So with your Logic A-4 with Aim B can fight Mig-19 and F-104s
Kikka (7.0) and Me-262s (7.0^) get to face AIM-9Bs in uptiers (Sea Hawk (iirc, French RV prem at 8.0) with nothing to do about it. J35XS has the ability to do something about MiG-23s in a full uptier.
The only thing it’s unlikely to defeat is the Magic 2s of the Jaguar IS (11.0), which is a niche event strike aircraft.
9bs arent a problem unless your slow redtops are far more annoying
Both semi-slow in the combat scenario you’d see 9Bs fired and cant really outmaneuver them

I wiped them all and no longer faces against F14s because they are 12.7/13.0 now.

It seems you don’t play long enough to remember there was Mirage III E, F8E, F5-C at 10.3…A-5C was 10.0.
The only reason J35XS is 10.3 are the players and the compression above 10.3. Most of them have no clue how to fly it → low KD/winrate → lower BR.

Hunter f.58 is 10.0 now used to be 9.7 ayit is very similar should be 10.0

Fly duel with both planes and the Hunter wins 10 out of 10. Same with Mig19, Ariete. Your missiles are useless against those planes if the pilot has a single braincell.

It’s a joke fighting 11.0 in a silly A4, even 10.7 is a nightmare.
The key is decrompression.
There are so many planes struggling, you can’t solve this bunch of problems inside the existing BR system.
Think about 7.0 has to face Mig15 now. The worst decision ever.

It is a nightmare at 10.7 because the J-7D, MiG-21MF/SMT and J35XS are undertiered. Sending all of these to higher BRs leaves room for A-4Ns to be sent to higher BRs.
We waited decompression since when top tier was Sabre/Hunter vs MiGs/CL-13.
Already many years have passed since supersonic and AAMs were implemented, but apart from the 9.7BR hard cap, We still don’t get decompression or anything else that fix current matchmakers.
