I played in a 10.3 plane in a team of exclusively 10.3s vs a team full of 10.7s and at least 1 11.0. How is this ok?

Would be interesting if Gaijin implements a mechanic were it tries to make both teams have the same average BR. Oh wait queue time just increased by 10 seconds. Scrap that.
