Installed thrust: actual thrust when installed in an airframe, i.e. engine now affected by things like channel loss.

He also confirmed that such features don’t produce a substantial difference between the PESA radars in game which is extremely incorrect and we also had the entire bit about AESA radars supposedly not having a vastly superior scan rate to PESA and mechanical radars, which they do IRL.
I do not find his statements to be founded in truth for a myriad of items present in WT especially after the entire MANPADS debacle.

Gaijin dev’s ignored even stuff from japanese mod.go cause its a “unreliable source”, despite being from the japanese ministry of defence and unclassified (so all public info)

I mean, last time we were teased a Japanese multirole fighter they made up their what-if downgraded version of a rejected proposal, so who knows what lengths they’ll go to delay F-2…
F-2 would be amazing, but for all we know they could just add the early 1986 F-16C Block 40 proposal.

Not only a proposal, we know from the GAO Report that Japan received a F-16C Block 40 for research. It was fully disassembled but still more real than F-16AJ.
