Mitsubishi F-15J

That second camo is sooo good.

It kind of depends on how you fly. I’ve had decent success in the Dev server forcing people to leave the multipathing zone to try and come up to altitude to get me. They usually waste all their ARHs on easily defeated shots and then I just turn in while they are still to far out for IR missiles

In fact, the J/APQ-1 is only fitted on the right-hand outrigger. Attached to the left outrigger is an ECM radar, one of the units installed as part of the Integrated Electronic Warfare System retrofit.

Yea I think it as mentioned earlier, but would be nice to have that antenna even if it did nothing.

A bug report has been prepared on the control stick.

This is the first time I have made one, so please let me know if there are any problems or things I should add.

I’m not so informed about this aircraft and was told the variant being added this update can get MAWS, is this true?

AFAIK Black thing on the tail boom is MAWS.

I’m curious what camo this is:

Also I have hope they will fix the name. Right now it’s F-15J(M) but in patch notes it’s “correctly” spaced as F-15J (M):

Could be this one but I am not sure tbh >_>

Hope its this one imo looks the nicest.

Thinking about it though it’s probably the last one, the MAWS dome matches

The original bug report has a image attachment that implies no space between

The title you mentioned starting with J.T.O. is a ‘技術指令書番号’ (Technical Order Number), where abbreviated names are used instead of official names. For example, even short names like AAM-4 are abbreviated to AAM4, as shown in Image .

It is said that another source exists that says it is definitely written as J(M), but this was not presented.

Is there any proof that the F-15J has a MAWS system capable of detecting IR missiles, or is it only used for radar missiles? What about the F-15C, which has two of those domes in the back, what do they do?

The MAWS installed on the F-15J is said to be something like a small radar. Therefore, it should be possible to detect the missile regardless of its guidance method.

Yea what MINT0 said as well, it’s just not written how it would be in normal English.

The American one uses it’s own RWR system (AN/ALR-56)

Saw this on the wiki but no citations. Is this accurate and if so, where does the aircraft they use for us fall under?

Spoiler

From wiki this means the current F-15J (M) we have is from batch C6? Does it have other improvements? What is J/APR-4B?

Perhaps it’s just a mix-match like Gaijin usually does for gameplay balance.

We’ve C16 or C17.

So we should also be at J/APR-4B not just J/APR-4A? Obviously like no info but it should basically be the same RWR as the F-2 late? I’d think if so, they should give it more radar bands maybe up to M?
