On PS5 MITL axis controls are under “gunner aiming control”. If you invert the axis there then it will invert the axis for all your TV guided weapons. Been happening since last patch and there in no work around except switching to a different saved controller configuration after you fired the weapon mid-game. PLEASE FIX Gajin.
