you cannot use main countries in other TTs, example also in the US TT you cant use the British flag even if the Grant exists

I don’t think he understands the problem that would pose for the matchmaker and the average person if they made that mistake.
Not sure about GRB, but in ARB the displayed flag on the scoreboards is the operator nation, not the nation that you chose for your trees
Can’t use the flag of Imperial Japan either
Though, to be fair, the difference between the old Japanese flag and the post-1999 flag are extremely similar, you still don’t get the option to rename the tree to “Empire of Japan”
I don’t think it’s any different for the game modes, cause you can just choose if that’s what you want, sometimes the game doesn’t even show all the flags on the enemy team, even if you aren’t using the custom ones, very annoying.
