Misleading changelog (Su-30SM)?

So, Gaijin made a change to its stock loadout which changed the middle R-77-1’s to 2nd outer pylon and say it is to allow us to combine more weapons with them before researching R-77-1 modification.

The thing is, this actually takes away the total number at tier 2 and combinations at tier 2 and 3

So now, Tier 1 is unaffected because you get the R-27ET, totalling 6 missiles,
Tier 2 gets nerfed because you stay with 6 (2 R77-1, 2R27ET, 2 R73) missiles instead of 8 (same + 2 extra R73) that was possible before,
Tier 3 i would rather have my R-77-1 instead of R-27ER, not R-73 which is a close range weapon
Tier-4 not the goal of my post

Good change. No other planes get that many AMRAAMS to start off.

amraams are aim-120 for starters
and hornet gets arguably 10 better missiles

Nor Su-30SM, bruh. It starts with 2 ARH missiles and continue with this until it get a proper research (T4).
Unless… you’re gonna complain about +2 IR missiles

actually, i might be kinda wrong
they might have been talking about AGMs

10 worst missiles!

But then it makes things worse for most feared AGMs (Kh-38) occupy 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 position, so if the player grinded 30SM exclusively for those… now they have full Kh-38 load-out AND 2 R-77-1 (and mandatory 2 R-73)

aim120 still better than r77-1

No
AIM-120 35G R-77 50G.

Still better at long range, most platforms that can load it can be more efficient than a European house sized Jet fighter. And with the addition of the R-77-1, R-77-1 is basically a R-77, short range active radar homing missile, it didn’t make AIM-120B which is better at long ranges, any worse, if you can’t deal with this simply addition I can’t imagine USSR mains recieving only now their first battle rating 14.0 after almost one year without any new good addition.

AMRAAMs are any Advanced Medium Range Air to Air ARHM.
Stop trying to monopolize an acronym and redefine it.

I’ll let you in on a secret, but the AIM-120 in our game is also a close-range missile, and a very bad one at that. You won’t hit anyone at a distance of 50-40 km, you probably won’t even hit anyone at 30 km, because the missile was nerfed.
If you have an AIM-120 carrier, just go into a test flight and try to shoot down the farthest MIG-15, it’s at a distance of 20 km, you won’t shoot it down. The missile is not capable of covering such a distance.

Absolute skill issue.
You’re definitely doing something wrong if you cant score kills 30km away from a target

I’m waiting for today’s replay of how you shoot down AIM-120A planes from 30 km.

I’ve hit 40km shots with AIM-120’s… You need speed and altitude 🤦‍♂️

I shot from a greater distance and hit, but that was at the time of release. Once, from 35 km, I was able to shoot down 6 planes. But that is very rare. Show me a fresh replay where you shoot down at least someone with an AIM-120 from 30 km.

They are just another US main doing nation main things.

I just flew out on purpose, fired all my AIM-120s, and not a single one hit.
