its an issue of missile being a modification item and the pitiful amount of it. if it get 4 magic and 2 530 it would survive.
All the jets I fight are mainly 14.0 you see the difference? this plane has nothing to do with this BR.il has nothing but missiles equivalent to the f1C which is at 12.0.this plane needs to change BR I will not sity all the defects it has for its BR. I don’t play a game to be able to survive against enemies who are much stronger than me but a game that is supposed to be a minimum balanced and there the game is not at the minimum of balance just like all the topics on the KH38 pantsir and so on .maybe a moment for the devs to take out their finger
idk… maybe french MM just suck? I played china and mostly i got 13.3 / 13.7 matches.
To be fair… M4K eventually gets access to 8 Magic 2s… That’s very strong in a downtier and just about manageable in an uptier if you know what you’re doing
It is simply too good for 12.7, there isnt much of a reason for it to be the same br as f16 adf when you have 8 magic 2 isntead of aim 9L and it’s starting loadouts is pretty standard for a 13,0, there are planes with worse stock loadouts at this br.

its a classic case of “too good for lower BRs” and “mediocre for its own BR”, and i say this as a mirage fan and a french main, but i dont want one plane to butcher fragile balance, id rather have one jet suffer instead of many planes suffering at the hands of a plane thats too low (like the f18 *cough cough).
If gaijin pushes BR’s up and decompresses top tier more, it will likely benefit A LOT from it, for now you just have to accept that youre not flying a very competitive airframe, and thats ok.
