As far as I am aware, the Eclair-M is something that first came to some C-S5, no S4
The dev server has just been updated and there is no change for the 2000D RMV
Wow, amazing
You didn’t think to look first before saying something?
I was talking about changes corresponding to the bug reports that were made, otherwise yes the plane has indeed changed, its test flight map has been changed from the old to the new, what a great improvement
Meanwhile the plane still does not have the right radar, has missiles that it should not fire, does not have the right number of countermeasures, does not have access to all its GBUs, does not have a cockpit, does not have all its fuel tanks, does not have all its smooth bombs, …
Magic 2 is still not modeled properly and the flight model is still unfinished but that is going on several years now. Were you surprised? It was also just unusual to make a blanket statement of “no changes” without replying to or referencing someone when there was in fact some changes as shown and mentioned.
I know it takes time, I’m not stupid, but the last 24 hours have been spent making bug report so the plane may look a little more like it actually is. People who have participated in these discussions are expecting changes on the points I mentioned earlier and I wasn’t going to mention them all.
Indeed, you are right, there is a change, but unless you review the aircraft’s flight model at each update (which I don’t particularly do) it is easy to miss.
Hi. I already reported it internally, let’s see what Developers says
Nice, now the CS5 Mirage 2000 would be better flying defensively!
Will the Mirage 4000 would also receive this? The CM amount is correct, but it should’ve also have seperate countermeasure instead it can be mixed match. Since it Chaff Dispenser also share almost the same with the Mirage 2000 variant.
Thanks! I hope the dev would also notice Mirage 4000 Countermeasure count.
i think the rwr might be a lil bit bugged on the m2kd rmv
u sure?my RWR have nothing changed
This is already on KH-38MT. It has IOG and then locks with seeker.
Are there any reports about the missing CC630 gunpod?
the problem as I explained above is that the IR guidance is done on the terminal phase. The missile will first head towards the designated GPS point then once nearby will activate the IR sensor, lock on the target and land on it (normally vertically). The big difference with the Kh38 is the first part of the flight, where you need a lock to fire the Kh38, the AASM only requires a GPS point, so you can fire it at 50km and the missile will eventually find your target extremely precisely. In addition, the fact that it is GPS guided on the first part of the flight allows it to be fired while the plane is above the clouds or behind a mount and still find its target, which the kh38 cannot do because of visual blocking
Well, we already know Gaijin’s stance on LOAL since they didn’t want to add it to the Brimstone.
But giving it basic Fire and Forget isn’t off the table considering they’ve already done that with weapons like the Spike II. Something I don’t get they didn’t just do with the Brimstone as well, but let’s only give Russia long range F&F missiles I guess.
then don’t add the gps if gaijin doesn’t want weapons with these true fire and forget capabilities they will do the same thing they did to brimstone and just remove the mode
the problem is that the AASM is a GPS-guided bomb to which a second guidance mode can be added. GPS aiming is the basic operation. Afterwards you can have GPS+IR or GPS+Laser (like the Paveway IV). I think that if the AASM are added it will be with GPS sighting and perhaps if they are generous GPS+Laser
