The 530d used to be better than aim 7 but now its the opposite

In top tier air RB you don’t need an insane magic fm to do well
missile kit is the most important feature of a plane, as well as defensive kit right after
Your fm only needs to be good enough

Yes, the prem su30 and su27sm are stupidly undeterred, bu that doesn’t mean you should bring down the mirage to a point where it’ll fight F15A and other 12.7. What this BR range lacks is overal decompression. Top tier should be like 2 whole br above to allow for dead decompression at above 12.0. But compressing the mirage 2000-5F down definitely isn’t a good answer. The mirage is still totally capable of wiping enemies, even at top tier, if you manage to work through the abysmal radar (the rest being okay to good; FM, flare and chaff count, MAW, HMD…)
