Missile kit is the most important aspect of a top tier plane (since it gets you kills and is needed for any engagement)

Kfir at 13.3 is better than Mirage at 14.0 according to my own experience in random matches Air Rb.
You underestimate Derby, overestimate MICA and ignore the boost to sitiational awareness on Kfir.
With that radar you might get AIM-9C to work.^^
And yes at 13.0 it was even better which is why it now is 13.3.
I usually fly high especially since multipathing is not all that reliable anymore. It also should not be.

If that is the case it just means that the players you face are very bad at the game
In no real situation a kfir will win against a rafale unless the person playing it has a genuine skill issue

I was not talking about any duel scenarios against players of equal skill either.
If you took away the MICAs, I think it would be more suited to BR 12.7, or maybe BR 13 alongside the Mirage 4000, given its HMD and excellent maneuverability.
