Yeah I kind of wanted to agree with the “USA is lacking” stance, and there’s been some “hints” of it all along with other nations as well due to BVM just ignoring shots to the sides etc. But after noticing something this past 2 weeks, my god it is apparent what’s wrong lately. Now I’ll mention I’ve been playing a lot of Germany lately. But when I click in with USA, I’ve experienced a pattern every single game for 2 weeks. So much so that I’m almost refusing to use USA right now.
Every single team, even if mixed with other nations, has been full of 1 death leavers, every time. Like, if the team is 3/4 USA and part Germany, France, Sweden UK or even USSR, but especially all the USA players almost completely leave after 1 death. It is so maddening and I get so sick of it. And yes just like with the AIM I’m seeing a lot of Click Bait premiums every time. But also a lot of SEPs too so it’s also “regular” players.
I think the other nations expect what the match will be like so they just give up quickly and hope their next match isn’t with USA, and I don’t even know what to say about the USA players, I just don’t get it. Because while I only have ground vehicles, in USA I have every type, MBTs to lights to SPAA, and I try to use them all. But lately I’m doing like the rest and leaving quickly too because I promise you almost 3/4 of the teams lately are all dead and gone within 3-4 minutes, sometimes not even that long. I’ve often seen the teams gone in under 2 minutes, it’s been terrible. And I don’t understand because we’ve always had premiums around, the AIM has been out for a long time now. And I’m not experiencing this team killing when I’m using Germany. I’m having good regular battles with them. Unless we’re teamed up with USA, then it’s just a short, team falling apart battle guaranteed almost. Now I have noticed the weekends has been worse but still bad during the week too. I don’t know, maybe everyone is just at that point of expecting USA to do bad and all the stupid stuff against USSR so they just stop trying anymore and give up quickly. Because it has been much worse the past 2 weeks for sure for whatever reason. Before that I always had most of the team try to fight as long as possible.
Note : I’m having no trouble really against the T90s but I’m still experiencing the issues against the BVM with the side shots doing nothing, even when I’m using Germany (Leo 5 & 6 etc), so that part is not a USSR bias thing against USA, I think everyone is seeing that. Also shooting turret is fine with the T90 and BVM but just the side body of BVM is still absorbing most shots. From my shots and witnessing others.
As far as USA or nations being teamed with USA , guys please stop leaving the battle too soon it ruins it for everybody. It’s just wasting a possible good match.
Good survivability? Are you serious? I think you’re trolling and anti USA to be honest. Hence all the slanders against USA players just can’t play, as if the humans who have one of if not the best militaries in the world can’t play a war game well. Like other humans around the world have better war gaming talents or something, this is a ridiculous view point and I see many of you usual people here making the same comments. And I say all this while being an American loving to play Germany and wanting to grind other nations as well. Just because we’re American doesn’t mean we only play American and all play bad, yes some of us do. It’s curious how almost all my USA vehicles are in the 30-40 % WR now but my Germany is upper 40s to 50+ %. And as some mouths here like to argue certain points, I’ve got many screenshots where I’m in the top part of my teams. I’m not great by any means nor really good but I’m not the worst, again I’ve got the screenshots. And I know pretty much how to play each vehicle. It’s odd how my USA numbers are way worse than the German numbers, since you all think the USA has such great survivability.
Like he said the armor is plastic. The turret ring is open for all to hit and always happens if not 1 shot.
I’ll give an example just yesterday I think. I was playing as Germany, 2A6 and 5. I was by myself around the corner from a cap and some buildings. I had 3 USA MBTs come around the corner back to back about 6 seconds apart and all coming at me each time. 2 of them hit me and I bounced/absorbed each shot with no damage really and I destroyed all 3 tanks in 1 shot, no problem at all. I thought to myself that was easy. I know we should know where to shoot and perhaps those “American” tanks should have known where to hit me as well, but just because they were in USA tanks doesn’t mean they were “Americans”. They could have been players from anywhere in the world. Just as I was playing as Germany.
My point is the USA armor is not what it should be and yes it is incredibly easy to destroy, way off from reality. Neck sometimes in my German PUMA I can take more hits than in the Abrams top tier. It’s not right at all, it’s off. Yes the turret cheeks are tough but the hull should be tougher. Again I’ll mention the BVM is incredibly op on the sides and is not right either, it takes too many shots that should destroy it. Whereas I have no problem shooting a T90 on the sides.
Again just because I’m American doesn’t mean I can’t be impartial because I love other nations vehicles as well, so I’m giving my opinions on my experiences. And you guys just throwing around slurs and nonsense here that “American players are just bad” is stupid and childish, and shows your hate for Americans as humans, it’s obvious. And it is blatantly an ignorant statement. I guarantee you there’s many US players that would stomp you all in any game, just as there’s many players of your nationalities that could do the same. Making an overall stereotyping statement like some of you are doing here shows your ignorance and feelings towards us as Americans, and is quite pathetic and I believe envious in some ways. Because there’s some type of deep down hatred in these comments. Because you just can’t say most players from a certain country are bad or terrible gamers, it’s just ridiculous. Some of the smartest tech people come from USA. Do you not think they can figure out how to play a game well? Like you guys are born as better gamers? Lol you are showing your ignorance, hate and possible envy. Get over yourselves and see each player as an individual, no matter what “nation” they’re playing. Again, if you see a Japanese or Swedish tank driving around, you have no idea where that person is from, so just because you see a USA vehicle in battle doesn’t mean that person is from the USA. So you just can’t say oh, all USA players suck. Stop being ignorant it makes you look really bad and sound stupid. And I don’t have to be a good War Thunder player to realize any of this.
I’m sorry my man but although my previous comment kind of took up for you here, I’ve got to disagree with this comment.
As you’ll see in my previous comment, the past 2 weeks have been horrible either playing for USA or being on a team with USA as a different nation, such as when I’m as Germany. I’m seeing tons of Click Baits and Wolfpack and every single game has been 3/4 full of 1 death leaving and entire team wiped out often in under 2 or 3 minutes.
It’s been ridiculous and for now when I’m using Germany and I end up with USA I’m preparing to just quit after my first death because everyone else is and it’s worse than it’s ever been, with USA at least. I have a full ground USA lineup at top tier but I can’t use it lately and I don’t even want to click into battle with USA right now, it’s terrible. And from what I’m seeing almost everyone on the same team with USA right now is leaving after 1 death.
Yes the Abrams armor is totally off and needs fixing but it’s not the only problem right now. I usually would be able to spawn with 3-5 of my USA vehicles if needed but these last 2 weeks I don’t really want to even play USA. People are ruining it leaving so soon and from what I’m seeing the premiums have something to do with it. If I use a premium I’ll only use the only one I have which is the AIM because I use the TT vehicles primarily. SEP is usually my first vehicle and then something else as my second, sometimes AIM or sometimes ADATS or Lav-AD or HSTV-L etc. But right now I’m usually seeing a bunch of Click Bait, KVT and then they leave after 1 death. And so is everyone else on the team. I’m not seeing this when playing as Germany against USA or otherwise.

Well guys i have some advice. What if u take the stat cards (that are not real) and compare them not the players because there are players that are just bots and then are players who want to play a cool balanced semi-realistic game(this is not just for the us players that cope cause they don’t hear a T90M that is behind them)
Not true. I believe many of the USA vehicles are over tiered and should be lowered a bit. I’ve played a lot of USA games. They have good air craft but some of their ground vehicles need help.
