Yes but MiG-29 is clearly superior.
They flew a MiG-29 to Alpha Halo to single handedly defeat the covenant. It’s capable of slip space travel due to its less powerful engines burning fuel less efficiently.

but in forced turns mig has no 8g limit and reach more AOA faster
in war engine mode mig has same low speed sustained turn perfomance as su27, but mig can pull 9g at much lower speeds, when su27 with increased thrust will be blocked by strength limit, theres even a slight advantage of mig29a over mig29m, because it has probably the strongest airframe
