He means F-15C flight model, APPARENTLY it is underperforming by a good margin. However, from what I’ve seen all the documents required to prove this are all classified.

Yeah, Ips it’s missing energy retention or something and it was recently buffed in high speed turn rate so it could actually turn while faster than 1000 Kph
Any updates on them fixing the MiG-29?

Gaijin looking trough this report, finiding several errors in their calculations just to nerf MiG-29 even harder, alongside Su-27 because both have similar lifting body structure

i think the @JFIESTASR report will not do significant changes if they claim it, because the engine thrust of mig is still wrong
now mig corresponds to normal (peaceful geopolitical) engine mode but only in range 450-850kmh
for fix fm they should claim both our reports
then maybe i will do a suggestion report for war engine mode
btw the 9-15 fm is underperforming incredibly more then 9-12 and 9-13

Honestly I’m pretty sure gaijin just copied the 9.13 FM and made it a lot heavier.
That’s about the level of accuracy I expect from them.
the 9.19 actually has different drag curves for the fuelselage compared to the 9.12 and 9.13
I wonder how much fuel hump actually affects flight performance. Only thing it changes is the curve of the spine, it doesn’t change aircraft frontal dimensions.
And i do wonder where did SMT get that 500kg additional empty mass, considering all the parts that were made out of composites

Engines are the same, upgrades only increased service life of the engine. Zhuk, if Gordon is to be believed is actually 80% lighter than N019. Also add to that removal of Gardenya jammer station and it’s even more curious

9.19 must be the worst implemented MIG-29 FM, it has excessive drag compared to the early models but the worst part is the weight, it barely weighs 300-400kg more than the base models irl yet ingame it flies like it’s 2 tons heavier.
From my experience the 9.12/13 will fall from the sky after two to three turns, 9.19 barely can stay in the sky after one and a half turns…
