It is 540 kg more empty weight than 9.13 and 665 kg more than 9.12
N019 is 350kg. Well, knowing Gordon, it’s probably him who’s wrong. Still, it’s 130kg of weight reduction
This
thx guys
Perfect example of theory vs practice, in the files it’s almost half a ton heavier than the base models but it’s actual weight ingame is closer to 1-2 tons.
Same thing happens with its thrust, the community and the devs have concluded that its acceleration and thrust match the charts in the manuals and even overperforms yet again ingame it’s so slow to the point that it heavily underperforms.

Well, I’ve done what I could. I’ll stop insisting and accept it, o7.
I also want to thank the devs for the clarification.
My intention was not only to evaluate absolute drag values, but to analyze the resulting energy retention and sustained performance of the aircraft.
Even if the in game drag is slightly lower than the manual values, the measured deceleration and high AoA behavior suggest that the overall aerodynamic balance (drag vs thrust vs lift) may not fully match the real aircraft performance described in the same documentation.
In the end, the MiG-29 will likely remain one of the weaker flight models, even though in real life it performs at a somewhat higher level compared to how it behaves under the game’s physics.
Good try regardless buddy, appreciate the work.
It was worth the effort anyway, o7
It was a good work that you put trough. Even if it ended in nothing
JFIESTASR for ever

At that point it’s officially confirmed that the Devs hate the MIG-29, the most nerfed FM in War Thunder history.
Any news on the extra 9.15 flares?
No
Thank you for your service sir
no, im preparing my updated reports
Well, thanks for your effort anyway
