maybe both?
but dosent really matter tho
as we have evidence of the HMD being used on the 29K

Su-27SM has 8 radar missile slots
Please, make sure you’re correct before stating bullshit
So mad for so little
If you wanna insist on correcting someone really badly, don’t be incorrect.
Or start off by insulting people first
funny how you say that while failing to read that there are two different names

I know they were separate people.
I can read (mostly)
Bro really thought i was insulting with ‘Fools’ , what is this 1890~ ? And there is no fun in being toxic or snobby
We are one
According to devs this aint important, many planes have 6 or 8 Fox3s around this BR, hence having 6 at 13.3 is better than 8 (if) at 13.7 - Why?
Cause one can see inappropriately greater amount of planes with 12 Fox3s and at that point , it wont matter if you have half or 3/4 of his missile kit
And WT is more about luck and general vibes / matchmaking / snail praise, if it had ‘skill’ based matchmaking then we would face hell of another level
fools is an insult
it does matter when your missiles are better and you have the better flight performance
?
is there a reason why the 9.41kr still has r27 family ? i still see it in the dev
Its not slightly
and what kind of thrust should it have?
i highly suspect they wont give it 77-1’s purely because they want the mig35 to fill that br spot
RD-33MK is listed as having 9000 kgf on full afterburner. Add the usual 5-7% of intake loss that gaijin models for every aircraft and you get around 8300-8500 kgf per engine
That’s also what I thought. But at this point they’ll likely add the MiG-35 at 14.0 with AESA (or maybe still with the M radar, because dumping on the MiG-29 seems to be everyone’s favorite sport), not with 8x R-77-1, but with 6x R-77-1 + 2x R-73 (or 2x R-74M, when and if they’re added to the game).
A few days ago, I had the chance to test out and fly my first MiG-29—specifically, the MiG-29SMT. I was convinced that the criticism about its poor flight model was exaggerated, and that it probably wouldn’t be that bad…
I was wrong—it’s even worse than the stories I’ve read about it on this forum or Reddit… o_O
What’s wrong with this plane that makes it so much slower than the SU-27/SU-30? Seriously, this plane has trouble accelerating to ~1.3–1.5 Mach, and once you manage to do that, if you have to turn 90 degrees to avoid an enemy missile, it slows you down again to ~0.9–1.1 Mach… On the SU-27/30, we can maneuver sharply and the speed stays with us, whereas the MiG-29 has such terrible energy retention that it makes you not want to fly it—poor MiG-29s…
To be fair it’s also because the Flankers overperform at high speeds, considerably more after the FM buff of december 2025, I think that’s why the difference feels so dramatic at times.
I’ve seen so many reports for the MiG being shot down, so at this point I don’t even know if it’s undeprforming or if this is how the devs want it to be.
