Bullet hell is a separate gamemode, it’s completely irrelevant because it’s not a live gamemode, nor is it in any way similar to normal air RB besides the fact that it uses air RB controls

Because those players don’t bother learning anything.
Gaijin doesn’t give you any good tutorials and these people are too lazy to find any good ones themselves.
So they end up learning from monkeys like them, which means the average skill level stays the same or goes down
or your perception of things is warped, and you see something actually difficult as “not that hard to learn”
I have helped many people to learn the game’s mechanics at top tier and also myself had to learn them from others.
It is easy to learn them, with proper guidance you can start understanding the basics in about an hour or so.
Then some practice to improve your skills and reactions.
The issue is that people never ask the right people or even bother asking.
So they never learn

Wouldn’t pretend this rubbish is particularly hard to learn. It’s tedious to navigate bad implementations, but not hard to learn.
It simply takes explanations from someone who can actually explain it properly as well as some practice with someone able to point out mistakes and help you correct them.
