you are the one that brought up 11Gs in the current disscussion
how is something relevant that somebody that isnt part of this discussion said months ago?
literally the last time it was mentioned was almost 10 months ago and then you were the one bringing it up
neither me nor @GitGood ever mentioned the 11G figure
If i’m not mistaken, neither of those ended up in service, or at least in full capacity. Unless ofc half of the capabilities of MiG-31BM are just not used. We never saw R-37M on wing pylons, or any A2G ordnance on in-service BMs
You got that flipped around. The experience pilot is what they want to safeguard not the plane. Its easier and faster to build s new aircraft than it is to train a new pilot
R-77M is in service, so It has way more chances to appear with other missiles, and Russia would need something long range (it’s either that or R-37M). 190km is pretty similar to 200km of a Meteor
Maybe you should learn how to use the search function before you commented. I’m not the one who first brought up the 11G figure. Not in this thread, not in the current discussion.
Museums are still not always accurate especially for things the people making these descriptions would not have actual information for. Most likely thing is they took a reasonable higher end estimate of 200km
