Gaijin wouldn’t implement a missile with literally 0 info about it at a minimum. Thats the one thing the R-77M would have over the AIM-260 at this point and would contribute to it coming before the AIM-260.

youre right in saying that, but debating “speed” when talking about the meteor is pretty stupid, the meteor is exactly as fast as it wants to be at anytime during its burn, thats the entire point of the throttleable motor.

i think arb needs some changing for these missiles to be fun, otherwise matches will be a crapshow that devolves into tediousness. ofc if notching doesnt change it will also make the drag fights even longer than they do. missiles are far too easy to defeat currently for extreme long range to be effective.

Because i sanity check people quoting random range or speed numbers? The thing is i only do it where its particularly egregious nonsense. We are not talking about ±10% with those, they are just physics wise impossible. Solid rockets are solved science (well performance wise atleast)
Let me translate that for you:
Because you disagree with a range or speed number (usually sourced) you try to argue that it cannot be so. ‘Egregious nonsense’ is usually shorthand for ‘I don’t understand how it is done - ergo it is impossible.’
