I feel like 11.7 would be too much. You wouldnt be able to use your speed to ur advantage since everything else has good enough speed with way better accel and missiles that can compete with yours AND a gun + fm

I mean we can guess. We know for a fact that its not gonna be able to turnfight at all. Id be suprised if it can outrate the f104.
Well idk about rate but on the dev server it can pull like 7-8g which is kinda dumb.

It’s honestly not that bad of an opinion. I think it’ll be in a similar spot to the Yak-38, very OP on paper (fast, very good missiles), but it will be let down so hard by it’s flight model that it will be awful any higher.
The F-4E will still likely be the better plane for air RB because it’s just more usable. The Mig may not be able to die, but it also won’t be able to kill anything if they have flares/basic awareness.

11.0 not 11.3 and TF you mean phantoms have worse SARH the only one that does is the F-4C

In this case the Mig-25 is the F-104A, and the F-4E is the F-5E.
AIM-7E-2, Skyflash, AIM-7E… that’s more than just 7Fs.
R-60Ms are AIM-9J/P4 equivalent missiles.
Mig-25 does not have a PD radar, it’s a standard radar with a low-altitude MTI mode that it won’t be able to use.
The MiG-25 as it stands is a very capable aircraft. In the hands of anyone with more than 3 brain cells it will exceed is every battle. At 10.7 there’s not many or any aircraft that will be able to successfully intercept the MiG-25. 9.7 matches it will be practically invincible, out climbing, out running any aircraft. There’s no reliable SARH or IR missiles at that br and by some miracle if someone manages to get a shot on you the MiG has plenty of large caliber countermeasures. Not to mention its quad R-60M Full aspect missiles. 10.7 is not an appropriate br. It should be 11.0 minimum and 11.7 maximum.

The 9L is vastly superior to the R-60M.
There’s a reason AIM-9Ls are on higher BR platforms in-game as well.
Mig-25 is an average at best 10.7, any higher and it’d be the worst plane in the game for that BR.
I can play the superior F-4EJ at 11.0 instead, or the vastly superior F-4E at 11.3.
Cause the R-40TD is an already chronically average at best R-40, but can be flared.
Assuming you have flares, which many many aircraft it will face wont have.
