I cant imagine in anyway the f4E having an unfair advantage.
It’s not really my problem if you don’t understand game balance or the meta. You cite cockpit visibility and a “bad radar” (far from bad at 10.7) as the reason for why you think F-4E is bad, meanwhile the MiG-21 is worse in both regards.
