Both use SPO-10, though the MiG-23’s size and sluggishness make it VERY hard to stay aware of enemies.
I mean surely its not that difficult, its not that sluggish compared to the 21 if you manage the sweep

Ok I face new problem because after being better at doging missle i have a new issue is gun fight when both enemy ran out of missles i have to use guns and I tired with ww2 and early jet vehicles dogefighting was very easy however with the mig-23m with very low ammo count and very high speed i have very little time to caculate and espcially with this crazy firerate it ran out of ammo fast.
With guns, the mig23 has a pretty hard gun to use, the 23MM on it has pretty sht velocity in comparisson to the other guns at the BR, however it’s something you will pick up in time, try lead more, also dogfighrs at that BR are a lot different from the older dog fights, you’ll need to manage your energy and try keep the plane at a decent, but not too fast speed.
Roughly about mach 0.8 is where I like it for dogfighting, youll need to manage the wings as well.
You can extend away from literally any plane you come across, remember that
(that means you can out run anyone at the BR)
Ok I think i have to end my career on the Mig-23M it very painful espically on dogefighting and I want to countinue use my Su-17m4 which will also give more boost grinding the Su-27 and since it can carry more guns and extra things all in one… so you got any tips? With the special skills i learned from the Mig-23 will surely make me a better flyer in a better dogefighter, I know that the Su-17m4 is avaliable to create an energy trap while maintaining very great turn rate, also with crazy amount of countermeasure it has a weaker engine too… so What else can you make me fly better for the Su-17m4 and I also know about the CCRP and CCIP I think that how you spell it. So base on both of this 2 bombing modes I basically just sent my bombs like 5Km away and then start dogefighting. People Call me cheating are you not allowed to use CCRP or CCIP in the battle?
And Also how to read the radar on the Su-17m4 it a little weird…
The Mig23M is better for dogfighting in every way compared to the su17 bar in counter measure quantity.
Like I told u dont base bomb with the mig23, thats not really a comparative thought, the SU17 is a strike craft, mig23 is a fighter.
At this stage you’ll be better just playing and seeing how u get on man
turn off the radar, it has no radar missiles, itll only give your position away
Ye I think the Su-17m4 is just the right plane for me maybe in the future when i grind more aircraft I can try the Mig-23MLD

Yes but how do i use it??? Lot of time my team just die and became 1v1 with the enemy for the Mig-23 I can detect it and head it direction but how about for the Su-17m4?
I dont use hte su17 man i dont generally know.
i’d need to fly it to get to know it better.
You dont want to use a radar on teh su17 it gives away your position, any plane that has no radar missiles I tunr the radar off

what? that doesn’t mean you have been reported, it means someone you have reported, has been punished
e.g if someone has team killed you, and you have reported them, and they get punished, u get that notification.
