Hello, I don’t. It is already plenty strong with four missiles and R-3Rs.

Hello, I also disagree.
The R-3R lets it dominate the higher altitudes and is matched only by the F-8.
If you want to play a Mig-21 with better missiles then I suggest trying out the Mig-21SMT or the Mig-21bis.
