With the small difference that we dont even know if we KH38MTs seeker is good enough to engage targets as small as tanks let alone moving and we dont know if it is supposed to work the same way as the hammers since we dont have any proof, tests, usage or anything like that. For all we know the seeker could have the same functionality as the one on storm shadow or Taurus
So no the MTs implementation and the questions behind it are not comparable to the hammers

They exist but their seekers are only supposed to go into IR mode at about ~1.5km. Would make them essentially GNSS or Point-TV in WT.
I am aware of that, like i said the functionality is not modeled in game. However we actually know what the hammers can do, we dont know anything about what the godawful seeker on the MT can do and what its limits and functionality is, because no one has any data on tests, usage or anything like that.

Pretty sure it could be fired gnss first and then IR turned on in dev server for storm warning before they turned off that functionality coming to live. Atleast thats what i can remember, ill try digging it up if i recall correctly

Me when every other missile is 2x th capacity amount and is much more in numbers so it makes a worser time for interception for sam sites and spaas.
I do hope lmurs remain the way they are, cuz its absolutely good. And i hope we get the 25km range lmurs someday too! That way we can just sit n fire away

regarding “2x the amount”, not really. Except for the US heli, most helicopters at the same Br still have 8 missiles
Still, it’s quite fascinating to see the average russian player’s approach to “balance”…
The BA-11 is even more op. But LMUR is the only thing that gets talked about. Maybe try spawning an SPAA like ADATS next time

Ba11’s only advantage over the lmur is target lock speed. This is really good when it comes to the amount of missiles you can off rail but that’s where the advantages end. The Ba11 has the same disadvantages like the JAGM which is its flight profile. It also has no iog. With that being said, it does do a lot more damage and is more prone to over pressure.
The lmur is arguably better because of its high arc along with a deadly consistent warhead.
This is a quite foolish statement as the ADATS is no where near capable of dealing with these helicopters.
False. BA-11 has one other significant advantage: If you want to equip 8x LMUR, you have to use all of your weapon slots. But if you want to bring 8x BA-11, you only use two slots, which means you can use the other slots for Cm502kg or TY-90.
ADATS can still defeat a lot of helicopters and even if it isn’t suitable you still have CLAWS

Unless you’re suggesting that Ba11+Cm5020 is a deadly combination against tanks, then I don’t really see your point here. 1 Ba11 ≠ 1 LMUR just like how 1 JAGM ≠ 1 LMUR. At least for Apaches, what they make up for lackluster agms is quantity but with Ba11, you are stuck with 8. Cm5020 are only good against light vehicles bit so is Ba11s…
TY90s are useful against aircraft but it doesn’t help you against tanks. Z10 is a more versatile platform yes but it doesn’t mean it’s a better platform.
Then I suggest you play the ADATS or CLAWS. It cannot intercept munitions nor can it knock out any competent player effectively. If I can run circles around the ADATS in the Ka52, then I can do loop-de-loops in any of the new helis.
The CLAWs like any of the new spaa is not suited to take out LDIRCM helicopters.

you need to defend against Lemur? spawn second spawn and snipe them. problem to CAS was never better CAS. be the nighmare. fire the 4 laser JAGMS at 1 second intervals and see them pour back into forums.
