Well firstly its way less popular still so obviously it gets talked about less and secondly it has 0.5 less KD and 11% less winrate with vastly less games so claiming its better has very little actual support.

The Russian army bought French Thermal optics for their modern tank units until sanctions were imposed? so id be very surprised if they were able to produce a minaturised thermal optic cheap enough to be thrown away with the capabilities presented in game? if they were, why buy from an adveserial nation?

They each have their own advantages and disadvantages. All three of the new fnf helis do have that. No one missile is the best

All current Russian tanks are all still being made with Russian produced thermal sights. Russia definitely has the capability to produce thermals
Also it’s not like Russia isn’t producing air to ground missiles with thermals seekers. They just aren’t producing the kh38mt specifically
