The heli experience to spade the Russian ones was so bad, I didn’t want to go through that torture again, because gaijin has made it impossible to research modifications in helis regardless of game mode.
Heli pve is so bad on modification research especially, that it will take you like 10+ games for just 1 modification.
Survivability, among others such as reload.

probably for ever given how it was removed from their website (the russian language version iirc the english one hasnt been updated in years)
not to forget that ir missile are non existant or never used by today air force. even if they remove it, we can still get the radar guided one and kh38mk with tv guided.
when they add MMW radar one than the US should get JAGM F on their planes, which will be a much better system (because you can carry a lot of them)
and that K version is not TV, that is just GPS guided
