Ka52 DIRCCM prevent IR missile from locking before launch (your missile lock circle go crazy when u try to lock)
Mi28NM and other top tier heli prevent IR missile from tracking it post launch (swat it away when IR missiles get close)
So basically earlier IRCM and top-tier IRCM are functionally completely different?
Wow, yet another reason to not play past 10.3. At least the IRCM affecting you is rather obvious so you don’t end up wasting missiles.
Yes earlier IRCM is worse than the ones found at top tier. For example, Ka52 IRCM works on most IR missile it faces but does not work against IR AGM, meaning Mavericks, Kh38MT, etc. will still ignore Ka52’s IRCM and kill it. the DIRCCM found on top-tier heli is a different story, they will swat away every single IR-guided missile, including IR AGM.
Correct. Playing 10.7 is just gona get pulled up to 11.7 and Graped to death by BMPT and premiums. Gaijin handled top tier ground extremely poorly and I do hope they fix it somehow
