Meteor Missile System

It can’t, also the dV must be >Mach 3 to accelerate the missile to that speed, you must acount for negative acceleration due to gravity and aerodynamic drag.

so ~1000m/s then

And what makes you think that is realistic?

But why are you so focused of it being tested in north sweden?

because vidsel test range is known to be from -15C to -30C typically in winters

CAMM on Herbides ranges

sea ceptor =/= camm

just because they tested in other areas doesnt change that they most likely used numbers from sweden since it is the most favorable for everyone involved in the missile’s development and production

Are you SURE about it?

my bad, same missile different system

No doesnt work like that aha, usually its an extra 100m/s above the desired speed for V-launch from what ive tested in game.

in game is a pretty big distinction.

but sure, make it 100m/s more than the 950 to reach mach 3 for 1050m/s

Ok, then
Trial in Sweden took place in 2018

So by your theory, they time travelled 1 year back, and used data from that trial to write this

really sounds like you are stretching tbh.

not really, these mach numbers are well within what could reasonably be expected from vidsel test range

Oh, thats what you mean.
I assumed you were talking about the 2018 test, based on your emphasis on winter.

you dont think there were any other tests that did not make headlines? northern sweden is perfect for testing the lower temperature operating limits of a missile in an actual live fire test with real world conditions

Well, you assumes there were.
Now what? Are you going to tell me your assumptions are correct?
Are you going to tell me that taking provided day at face value is not correct?

this says there were final qualification test firings in 2015 at Vidsel, with a full contract advertised in February of that year. that would put the final tests around January 2015 where it was well below 0 C

If you want to throw things around
