Calling the Ariete slow just doesn’t seem right. The F4D-1 is very fast at 9.0 and the Ariete can outrun it (just barely though).
The Ariete sits at 9.3 not 9.0 and at 9.3 plenty of the aircraft are capable of hitting over mach such as f104’s and mig 21’s or late mig 19’s and such.

7.3 seems right. The 7.3 Rocket-boosted Me 262 seems to be better (as long as it has fuel for its rocket). And I would rather take the Sea Meteor / LA-200 over the MB to be honest.

Guy said CAS, so I am assuming he is talking GRB, in which 4x 30mm DEFA is good, but not 8.0 good as a CAS system imo with the heavy levels of radar systems around that bracket.
If not, CAS in air RB… it isnt that much to talk about there. Its good as a fighter sure and should go up in air RB, but GRB… 8.0 is a tad high imo.

7.0/7.3 material.
So MB-326K is fine at 7.0 just like the Swedish SK60B that is a similar plane.
The 7.0 BR rarely is top tier and often fights against 7.3 where sits the F2H-2 that outperforms the MB326K in every aspect
Right now the MB-326K is correct where it is. It seems more a “it’s not in my favourite country” problem than a real balance issue.
