Each time I take a break from this game for a while and get back to look what has changed (hopefully for the better) I got diamonds like this:
Whatever you do on the map you are forced to wreck your nerves with streaks like this.
Devs should read about 1/3 rule for loss streak, after 3 losses without a win average person gets demotivated and lowers interest in an activity.
10 loses in a row has chance of what like 1/1024, are you insane?

In before the lock as it will be claimed as a ranting post, and a bonus cake for me if we get the obligatory ’ skill issue ’ post before the post is locked.
Seems the game is just a random bag of luck, the odds are pretty crap too.

Just seems like you’re having a loss streak cause you’re average seems fine.
Resilience through the losses get you to the victories.
Well that will be funny to hear “there is a skill issue here” talking to someone with 12+ experience in this game, but whatever, I’m not gonna pretend I’m more than an average person who just want to enjoy the game.
Whatever they call it a skill issue or not, this is not normal and this is not singular incident. Those are quite common actually. When today I was at 5 streaks already, I said ok this is one of those… To get 5 streaks with toss coin (50/50), there is (1/2)^5 ~3% probability to get one, it’s not unheard off and casino players playing roulette (black/red, etc) know even worse streaks happen but if they do they are rare.
I guess after having 35k+ matches played I should expect those, somehow I get a feeling those are pre setup events, which occur more frequently than expected (probability based)
From what I recall reading about MM system years back, it was created the way that people who get into good match positions after certain threshold are thrown into battle with bunch of losers to even out the gameplay. I don’t mind such thing even if it’s true, despite I don’t agree this should be a way to “reward” people for their effort, but heck sometimes it simply feels you got thrown into a team of random quitters who after 1 lost tank simply get back to menu thus making your match practically screwed from the start.
I’m certain it is possible to make somehow fair MM, without such blatant handicap for whatever reason, to make weaker teams more even, to artificially drag down winning stat to keep that average 50% or whatever silly code is running that show. I’ve played many games where I somehow didn’t feel being screwed this much.
Well that is my take on this. They can throw my “rant” into a bin and pretend this game is polished as a mirror, losing player base or finally realize there could be done something for everyone enjoyment including company pockets.

Normally when I look at warthunder numbers there around 100,000 people online, the chance of loosing a coin flip is 1/1024 so in theory there would be about 100 players per day with a ten loss streak, so unfortunately I guess it was your turn today
Obviously the chance of winning a match wont always be 50/50 as there are many other factors but over the course of many matches the chance of winning half of them gets close (assuming you have average impact on the match itself)

Biggest problem I see is once one team established a bit of map control it’s almost impossible to revert the balance since the maps are now so narrow, you can’t get out of spawn undetected so all matches end up into some hull down battles between spawn camped and spawn campers.
Streaks like that happen often and you can only do so much.
I learned to quit those matches, theres no point in a 10 min spawn fight, you will get more RP by just switching match and maybe get luckier in the next one.
You can’t balance the players only the game. If you find the losses distressing you might need to take more breaks
