Matchmaking question

Hi sirs,
My motivation decreases endlessly, nerfs after nerfs, updates after updates, meaning that I am not the most active and effective player. There are too much bugs, this is boring, this is repetitive, this is biased, but I like flying planes.

But since the “Firebirds” update, I noticed something strange in the matchmaking… I lose between 60 and 70% of my games, instead of 50%. I know that this happened often (one day you lose everything, the other, you winl everything), but not during 4 weeks
In AAB, my team

  • is dispersed
  • does not play the objectives
  • does not help anybody
  • All together sacrifice altitude (or other) advantage for a diving bomber (for instance) and miss it.
  • etc…
    the opponent team
  • plays the objectives and plays them well
  • is compacted and difficult to attack for a boom and zoom player like me.
  • Sometimes cover them each other
I tried by playing the objectives to counter this strategy, but nothing change: I am alone against a team of good players.

I tried and gave up in ARB after 5 defeats in a raw (and not small defeats… complete humiliation). My team

  • Suicide
  • Kill them each other
  • Don’t play objectives
  • Sacrifice all advantages for nothing.
I tried to play, but when I manage to kill my target, my team is dead. It’s a 3 vs 10… So, I landed and left…

I am completely demotivated. “Being enthusiastic to play with planes” is not enough anymore in War Thunder for me.

So, do you notice something similar ?
What can I do for my team ? For the moment, I feel I have nothing to do. I cannot counterbalance 10 “couldn’t-give-a-damn” pilots. It’s a lost cause and I feel I will give up with this game soon.

Thanks

Have you been playing the same nation / BR range throughout this period?

If so, try switching it up a bit.

well this is not a team work game. everyone want to make some SL and RP and get next plane

Maybe this will help you cope with things

Personally the only thing I can see is US teams crumbling more often than not.
I don’t really care about teams failing though, as I can, most of the time, carry the entire team on my back.
