From F8U-2 till F-14A/B.
American Naval aviation jets are dominating the game.
Just like ‘the era of R-27ER’ but it feels a lot worse than it. (At least R-27ER are accessible to all Eastern nations.)
The F8U-2 Crusader, which was forgotten about in the latest BR Decompression (Laugh), has everything it needs to dominate its BR bracket.

‘better than never’ level of RWR which makes it easier to defeat SARH.
60 countermeasures which guarantee you to be immune to early SARH with Pulse seeker (R.530 or R-3R)
4 AIM-9D which can frag 4 planes in a row. (Flare it noob. ← Nearly half of the planes in F8U-2’s bracket don’t have any countermeasures. except American one.)
every good point was killed by one bad point ‘extremely fragile wings’ were buffed indirectly with new mechanisms.
in the current situation, F8U-2 works like the Sidegraded version of F-8E but with two steps lower BR than F-8E. sending F8U-2 into 10.7 and ties it with F-8E might be fine if that wings keep sturdy like that.
There is no means to keep F8U-2 in the same 10.0BR with Shahak/Nesher
And F-8E, which was taking the place of F8U-2 before decompression, (can considered as F8U-2 which learned a new trick with AIM-9C.)
For now, F-8E seems somewhat kind of fine with its place. it is lot much inferior to the Chinese J-7 though. Sending F-8E into 10.7 was one of the few good points of recent decompressing.
It was one of the nastiest seal clubbers like F-5C. (the ‘lolol AIM-9E sucks. wdym’ one.)
F-4J/S Phantom II with AIM-7F Sparrow and AN/APG-59 Pulse-Doppler Radar, which outperforms its rivals like F-4K/M(British Domestic Phantoms) or inferior downgraded shit like F-4J(UK).
AIM-7E-2 or Skyflash might work better than a closer range like 5km or closer, but F-4J usually just dominate them with superior ranged AIM-7F.
Lastly, F-14A/B Tomcat, who sat on the golden section for two years, enjoys unprecedented preferential treatment and likes to pretend to be weak in disgusting levels while driving all attacks on them as “unskilled bomber players” despite being the only level of aircraft in their class except the Mirage 2000C.

I think American jets especially Naval jets have underrated BR in the current compressed BR situation.
Maybe the main reason for that is the ‘lack of skills of American main users.’ with a ‘populated American player base’.
When will be next decompressing come up?
if we can’t receive BR decompressing Soon™, I think ‘nerfing them directly’ should be considered as a stopgap measure till proper decompression comes out.
F-4J/S is fine at 12.0, they get 7Fs, other 12.0 planes get 9Ls. The FGR.2/1 really can’t go to 11.7 since they’re still doppler Phantoms with Skyflashes paired with insane engines. Not sure about the UK F-4J, its just straight up a worse F-4J.
The F-14A/B are fine where they are. They’re very strong but not strong enough to get bumped up.
The F-14A lacks a good RWR, all aspect PD, all aspect missiles, enough countermeasures to balance out its insanely hot engines, and its very slow accelerating which makes it an easy target if it ever gets slow. Great at 12.3 but not good enough to be 12.7. Only way for it to go up is if it gets the 9Ls.
The F-14B on the other hand fixes the acceleration, all aspect missiles, and countermeasure issue but its still not enough for it to go to 13.0 since most 13.0 planes get IRCCM missiles with good RWR, radar missiles, and all aspect radar. If the F-14B gets the 9Ms then it could go up.
Agrees that F-4J/S are fine in 12.0. They are very strong but not enough to get bumped up unless Decompressing BR comes up.
Also agrees that F-4K/M can’t go downward to 11.7 because of F-104S or F-4EJ.

Will giving them historical AIM-9L be too strong for them?
and F-4J(UK) one. I think it is utter nonsense and a scam in the current situation. there is no need to buy F-4J(UK) while we can get F-4S at the same price with the same BR.
I hope Gaijin discontinues the selling of F-4J(UK) for no more victims of her. unless they are planning to buff.
Yup. they are annoyingly strong planes but sadly not enough to be bumped up.

I think F-4EJ or J35XS should never see F-14A, and F1C (not a modernized F1CT one) needs to see F-14 with a lower chance than now.
Single-sided 4 F-14A dominates the match with AIM-54 spamming, and gaining an advantage in numbers was always an annoying experience :(
Mirage 2000C or MiG-21 Bison can fight against F-14A in the WVR range thanks to IRCCM-capable IR missile but teammates usually just can’t hold enough time for it. :|

there are some awful jets placed in branches like Landmine, but I think the American Air Tree is the strongest one in overall. XD
Tell that to the US mains. Russia get a good top tier cas and all i saw were threads of “Russia has the best cas”. I guess they forgot about US having the best cas at basically every br.
The US are probably my most used aircraft second to Russia. They have so many good planes.
