There are more than just MBTs you know. (heck there is more than just top tier. the amount of WW2 stuff that could come just have updates just for themselves for years. plus missing IFVs and APCs that could come)

Japan has zero IFVs left the US has LAV-25 variants ALL of the M2 Bradley variants and the IFV Strykers not to mention MORE light tanks that still are yet to be added and another Abrams or 2 or 3

Italy was eyeing the 2A8, not 2A7, with discussions falling apart recently, and the KF51 EVO has not been built yet, and likely be for quite a while.
Just give them Thailand with vt 4 and oplot
Speaking of which apparently Finland/Norway cant remember cancelled their order for 2A7s in favor of the 2A8

And I havent even mentioned the fact that Japan suffers a 9,0-11,0 gap to then suffer an 11,0-11,7 gap for MBTs
