Is it confirmed j8f will/can only carry 2 pl12? It also should be using pl8a/b with irccm to bring it up to spec with the aim9m, magic2 and r73s etc that its opposition will be using (on better airframes) at that br range
It only carried 2 irl iirc and I agree id like PL-8Bs
I have a hunch it wont get them because of gaijin’s indifference towards it. For the sake of consistency they should be given. Same for the f4f ice with aim9Li

Not sure tbh but playing it with my buddy and its pretty decent tbh 4 good missles for 10,7 with flares and its fast I mean im enjoying it

JJ-1 was passed to developers last week. I am eagerly waiting for the T-1 and G.80 as well. I crave them

While I do agree with you, China is lacking any domestic aircraft below tier 6 and Israel only has notifications of foreign aircraft. It does make me curious about what is considered worthy of a tech tree these days, and if we will see more tech trees. Benelux was one of the few I considered potentially worth adding. Yugo, Czech, Poland or Canada would also be lacking above tier 6, besides maybe some super duper L-159s, and United Korea would have essentially nothing domestic besides the KF-21.

F4F ICE suppose to have APG-65Y which is a modified F-18 radar and RWR is also currently wrong, it should be par with other top tier jets.
There is the recent J-22M1A that could potentially sit at rank VII or even VIII. but I am not so familiar with aviation balancing and it is obviously just one example.
Novi Avion would maybe be possible if Gaijin felt really really generous, but that is not an assumption that should be made.
I do think that the lack of unique top tiers for aviation is excusable though, as this is where domestic production largely falls off for a great amount of countries, even Japan.
This suggestion has two domestic options at rank VII, which isn’t too bad

In fact, most of the dev server is placeholder
I hope they update it soon, so we get to test these vehicles for real :)
