Yeah, i still have my old 970 laying around somewhere. :P Thats been 2 cards ago now. My 1070 died randomly and i bought the 3080 10gb to replace it. Works like a top.
Ye, on my Laptop Which I use for the Dev-Server only its also doing surprisingly good (its using a Nvidea Quadro 3000M/Intel Core I7-2670 at 2.70GHz and 8GB of DDR3 RAM

The only actual cards id personally consider would be the 4070Ti or Ti Super, good used prices and would still be a hefty uplift over my 3070Ti

When there is some evidence (marketing material, air show displays, etc) but not 100% it’s always been gaijins discretion. On the grounds that we should have 18x FnF Brimstone 2/3s. 8x Spice250 is an okay short term bodge job, but there is marketing material for at least 4x pylons with them, or the spice-250 ER (planned for the EK).
I don’t know much about the Kh-38 situation but as far as I know the SPICE bombs have been presented for the Eurofighters both during sales, displays and even from the manufacturer’s side (Rafael Systems)

The difference though is that spcie 250 is a fully operational weapon, that has been marketed for the EFT
But there is no evidence that a KH-38MT has been built or test fired. It would be more like giving the EFT spear-glides
Atleast there are pictures of the spear-glides. KH-38MT is the equivalent of the triple AMRAAM racks for the F-16.

Yeah the problem is what will russian have if we remove kh38mt.
Kh29td barely work at 11.7 and will not at 12.7 or 13.0.
There is some balence to be considered here.
Kh38mt is compatible with any su30mk or sm. Seeker are proven to be existing but never mounted on a missile.
Just exactly like spice bomb on a eft, compatible but never seen mounted
