Because you think AGM-65s were working for such a long time? It is only now that the US gets a ~near equivalent to the KH-38 with the AGM-84. Balance would have been great without the KH-38MTs actually, because not even the Hammers get close to it’s performance in game, it seems as if Russian CAS has been operating uncontested for a while now.
This is a false equivalence. Even if we accepted the seeker to exist, if it doesn’t have physical proof of having the mechanical parts built to be mounted on the missile itself, then it’s complete fiction. The spice-bombs exist, the racks exist, the KH-38MT does not have physical evidence of existing.

still dont get why we have spice 250 but no gbu53/b, the ir version and SAL versions would be fine.

AGM 84 is not even close to being an equivalent IMO. Just a slight upgrade to AGM-65. If it were flying lower then it sure would have been nearly an equivalent
