You can launch missile in space at mach infinity and it will have that speed, just as range is irrelevant without knowing launching plane and target seperation

Idk if it’s related, but there has been some problem for entire day with access to the game from Russia, VPN helped to some though (including myself), Gaijin official answer is “ddos attacks”.
