Any news on the new game mode which was mentioned in last year Q&A?
The “Aerial Warfare”?

yeah ik you are not confirming itll happen, but its possible right?

they have a bunch of british docs which are the reason why the amraam is modeled the way it is.
you can probably find a bunch of them in the aim 120 thread

Hey, Smin, what time is DevServer open UTC ?

This will be announced with the full dev server opening announcement tomorrow.

MMW has no IIF so if was modelled with that mode and everyone just fired all 16 of there Brimstones you would end up wiping your own team

Sounds like the state/level of top Tier, so its fine

Hey bestie, bit of a peculiar question
Some SAMs seem to have a minimum altitude at which proximity fuses work, is that a reportable thing to increase or decrease or is it a game convention type of system?

Would the Fw-190 likely be in the dev server given the time between the stream and opening ?

So it isn’t the worst and they commented nothing about the other 2 SPAA. One of the fixes they could have done was to remove multipath for radar missiles as well, which would have given it a leg up compared to IRIS-T SLM which is currently the “best”.

Also, it should be noted that statshark does not count munitions destroyed currently, and Buk would have done better in that regard than the IRIS-T SLM.

at what what point did I even mention MWW in that? im talking about how the brimstone 1 never reaches its max range and hopefully we get brimstone 2 so we can get a brimstone that can reach 20km

If it was a game convention matter, all would be set to the same level (such as with multipath).

Smin, pls maybe?

Is there a reason that this takes 2+ years or even more? I would add the third option: It was forgotten and/or nobody wants to do it so it gets consequently ignored. Otherwise there would be something somewhere but there is nothing heard of anywhere. There are many open reports 2+ years and older which were accepted but never acted on. It gives the impression that the “accepted” label was in these cases just given to satisfy the community in the hopes it gets forgotten down the line. It’s not like these reports aren’t given or nudged to the according mods so we can safely assume these are just getting batantly ignored by the devs.

Btw, you can see how they used to compare SAMs in the past which was much better than whatever they’re doing now

[Development] Dev team replies to community feedback on the Sky Guardians update - News - War Thunder

So i could report, say the roland (im making it up but its an example) having its proxy fuse activate only above 40m and that would be accepted and eventually fixed

second REALLY important question, are we besties?

He’s right though, they didn’t nerf Brimstone upon introduction of the missile so they can get away with that statement.

If sources support that, then yes. It cannot just be reported on the basis of what it is compared to something else.
