It can’t actually go that far cause that is 12km lock, so it can’t actually go 18 and only 12, since it should be ARH style LOAL with DL guidance.
SLM can somewhat easily be flared, falls out of the sky at 20km and helis can proxy it with rockets. So much for giving ground vehicles a chance ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hmmm that seems okay. Still dissapointing that the 120C-5s will be so easy to deal with for the more oppressing 12.7-13.0 CAS aircraft. Still not a counter to Kh38s and Hammers.

Might be a hot take but the best “SPAA” will always be an aircraft and I don’t think that will ever change as long as SPAA are stuck in the map

the new multi vehicle systems shouldnt have to operate at the frontline (inside the map where all the MBTs are)
SPAAs should be allowed to have a place behind their spawn where they can operate in
Benefits of adding the radar system:
- Datalink launched stingers (that means no IR lock necessary, 6km range fully usable especially against helis)
- Extra launcher vehicle
- Total stinger amount from 8 to 16
It would be fun to see them add multi-vehicle SPAAs at more BRs than just top tier.
Like a Rapier battery one at 10.3 ish would be really really fun.
But probably should be foldered under their existing AiO versions as an entirely seperate vehicle

CAS already got weapons specifically to beat AA
Putting AA in an area where they are untouchable by other ground players is stupid imo it would be easier for CAS to annihilate the Ground players if AA was placed elsewhere
